On January 28th (11:30-13:00), Dr Gülşah YILAN (Marmara University) will give a seminar titled “A Combined Application of LCA and MCDA Methodologies on Sustainability Assessment Studies”.
Dr. Gulsah YILAN received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 from Chemical Engineering Department of Marmara University, Turkey. She also had her Master of Science and Philosophy of Doctorate degrees from Pure and Applied Sciences Institute of Marmara University in 2011 and 2018, respectively. During her PhD studies, she performed a sustainability analysis on electricity generation technologies available in Turkey. Her research interests include mathematical modelling, life cycle assessment, sustainability analysis, renewable electricity generation technologies, and multi-criteria decision analysis. She has published a number of papers in high-ranked scientific journals, and she has presented her studies in both national and international scientific organizations. She has been working at the Chemical Engineering Department of Marmara University as a teaching and research assistant since 2011.
